The Journey to Opening in Dickinson
Bringing Boss Tacos to life has been an exciting journey. Our new home at 3600 Gulf Freeway is undergoing a major transformation—a 3,670-square-foot renovation designed to create a space that reflects the warmth, energy, and vibrancy of Mexican culture.
We’re crafting a restaurant that is not just about great food but about creating a community gathering place. And the best part? We’re almost ready to welcome you in. Doors are set to open early September 2025!

What’s a taqueria without showstopping tacos? Here’s a preview of what’s coming:
Breakfast Tacos & Burritos– Texas runs on breakfast tacos, and we’ve got the best in town. Don’t forget our Texas Meatlovers Burrito, loaded with scrambled eggs, crisp bacon, chorizo, ham, and seasoned potatoes.
Heavy Hitters Breakfast Tacos – When a regular taco won’t cut it, these boss-level bites step up. Think grilled fajita and seasoned potatoes, or slow-braised pork guisado and melted cheese stacked on fresh homemade flour tortillas.
Chilaquiles Done Right – Crispy tortillas smothered in homemade salsa verde, just like mamás, topped with queso fresco, thin-sliced steak, onions, crema and two over-medium eggs. Your breakfast game just leveled up.
