We’re getting close, Dickinson! Our illuminated BOSS TACOS sign is officially glowing on Gulf Fwy, and the inside is snapping into palce. Think bold red walls, shiny floors, and a drink line that’s ready for aguas frescas. Here’s a quick walk-through of what these photos show and what it means for opening day.
What’s new this week
Exterior sign installed: You’ll spot us easily in Dickinson Village.
Service counter + drink bar set— Agua fresca machines and the Pepsi fountain are almost in position.
Lighting dialed: Pendant fixtures are up and the warm glow matches our brand palette.
The feature wall is almost ready: That big red wall will be home future photo ops.
TL;DR: The bones are built. Now we’re in final fit‑out mode; menus, seating plan, and those last chef-y touches.
