Breakfast after 11am in Dickinson: Tacos, Burritos, & ChilaquileS

It’s noon. You want chorizo and eggs. We see absolutely no reason to make this complicated.
Good news. At Boss Tacos, breakfast doesn’t clock out at 11AM.
We’re serving breakfast tacos, burritos, chilaquiles, and more throughout our regular operating hours. So whether you slept through breakfast, worked straight through the morning, or just decided chorizo and eggs sound better than lunch, we’ve got you.
And with this many options, the hardest part might be deciding what to order.
Classic Breakfast Tacos: Mix, Match, Repeat.
Bacon & Egg? Always a solid choice. Chorizo & Egg? Even better when that’s exactly what you’re craving. But why stop at one flavor when you’ve got a whole lineup to work with?
Our classic breakfast tacos include Bacon & Egg, Chorizo & Egg, Potato & Egg, Ham & Egg, Sausage & Egg, and A La Mexicana. All served on our homemade flour tortillas.
Never tried A La Mexicana? Think fluffy scrambled eggs folded with tomato, onion, and jalapeño. Fresh, a little fiery, and definitely not your average scrambled eggs.
Mix your favorites, try something new, or stick with the combinations you already know you love. And if narrowing it down means ordering three or four different tacos? We support that decision.

Meet the Heavy Hitters.
Now, if you’re looking for something with a little more muscle, our Heavy Hitters didn’t come to play.
Take The Boss Taco, for example. A fried egg with a rich, golden yolk, crisp bacon, grilled onions, seasoned potatoes, and melted cheese, all stacked over homemade refried beans on a flour tortilla. There’s a reason this is our top-selling taco!
For steak-lovers, El Toro keeps things straightforward. Juicy grilled fajita, seasoned potatoes, and mozzarella cheese. No unnecessary extras. Just a solid taco that knows what it’s doing.
The Chorizo Chub takes a different approach. Boldly seasoned chorizo meets refried beans, crispy potatoes, cool avocado, cheese, and a drizzle of crema. Rich, loaded, just a little messy, and absolutely not interested in being a light snack.
The best part? You don’t have to choose between the classics and the Heavy Hitters. Build your breakfast lineup however your heart (or stomach) desires.
Breakfast Burritos: When You Want It All Wrapped Up.

If you’re more of a burrito person, we get it. Tacos are great, but sometimes you need to move up a weight class.
Enter the breakfast burrito. A whole breakfast packed into one big, handmade flour tortilla. No lightweight contenders here.
The Boss Burrito is all about the contrast. Two fried eggs deliver tender whites and rich, golden yolks, while crisp-edged potatoes add a little crunch. Sizzling bacon, velvety refried beans, and melted cheese bring everything together with a deep, satisfying richness.
Four meats in one burrito? That’s The Texas Meatlover’s territory. Chorizo leads with a smoky, spicy kick, backed up by sausage, ham, and bacon. Scrambled eggs, seasoned potatoes, and refried beans round out a breakfast that’s every bit as hearty as its name suggests.
Team Boss Burrito or Team Texas Meatlover?
Either way, nobody’s making you wait until tomorrow morning.

Chilaquiles: For When You Want the Whole Plate.
Not every breakfast needs to be wrapped in a tortilla. Some deserve a plate, a fork, and your full attention.
That’s where our chilaquiles come in.
We start with crispy tortilla chips, coating them in homemade salsa verde before piling on queso fresco, thinly sliced seared steak, onions, crema, and two over-medium eggs.
If you’ve never tried chilaquiles, here’s the part that surprises some first-timers: they’re not meant to eat like nachos. The chips absorb the salsa verde, gradually softening while soaking up its bright, tangy flavor. You still get contrast from the toppings, but the saucy tortillas are what make this dish distinctly chilaquiles.
It’s a Mexican breakfast staple with a character all its own. And at Boss Tacos, there’s no need to get up early to enjoy it.
What’s Your Breakfast Mood?
Can’t decide? We won’t make you. But here’s a little inspiration.
YOU’RE IN THE MOOD FOR.. | MAKE IT A BOSS MOVE |
|---|---|
Keeping it classic | Bacon & Egg, Chorizo & Egg, or your favorite combination |
The taco that started it all | The Boss Taco |
Something with steak | El Toro |
A bit of smoke with a bit of spice | Chorizo Chub |
A serious breakfast burrito | The Texas Meatlover |
Traditional, saucy, fork-required breakfast | Chilaquiles |
Of course, nobody’s making you choose just one. A classic taco alongside a Heavy Hitter? Absolutely. A burrito for now and another taco for later? We like the way you think! Mix it up and order whatever combination sounds good. That’s the beauty of having options.

Don’t Forget Something to Sip
A breakfast this good shouldn’t have to fly solo.
If coffee’s part of your routine, we’ve got a hot cup ready to go with your order. But when you’re in the mood for something cold, our Boss Refreshers deserve a look.
We’re talking 32 ounces of freshly made aguas frescas, with seasonal flavors that rotate depending on what’s available.
Fruity, chilled, and especially welcome when the Texas heat decides to show off.
Curious what’s on the menu today? Just ask what’s bossin’.
